We haven't seen much of Debra Messing since her lovably quirky Will & Grace days. Apparently she's been spending time in NYC with her husband and son (and shopping for jewelry by the looks of it) - but she'll be back on the small screen soon. This May, Debra stars in a new series on USA called The Starter Wife. The show based on the bestselling novel is about a woman who divorces her Hollywood exec husband and starts a new life for herself. Sounds like the perfect guilty pleasure.

15Anyone actually read the book The Starter Wife? I picked it up at Target once but went for a different book purchase at the last minute. Heard it was good. I think Debra will be good. I like her.

I love her, but sitcom stars who are known for one show tend to have trouble getting another show to be a hit. I hope this one does well.

25She looks really good here. I just wish she would wear her hair curly, isn't that her natural hair texture, curly? Because I saw that movie she was in, The Wedding Date with Dermot Mulroney and she would have looked so much better if they didn't keep straightening out her hair. Ok, that's my gripe for the day
