As far as fairness.. this game bites. If we are going by who's more talented and you pair Maggie G. against Sally Field, THen I'm saying Sally Field.
If you pair Selma Blair against Nikki Hilton, then it's a throw down because While Selma has enjoyed some of the spotlight, Nikki is enjoying fame in design.. so.. Who's to say who's more talented.

It's based on how other people have voted. If, whenever Paris v. Britney comes up, most people pick Britney then she is the most famous. So pick the celebrity you think other people would believe is more famous, which is basically how "fame" works in the real world. If enough people think celebrity X is more famous than celebrity Y, well, then they are.

Also, your "score" is your run of sucessful guesses. A score of 14 means you've guessed correctly 14 times in a row.

Wow, I just read soooo many comments just trying to figure out how the game works. And now that we have an explanation, I'm still not sure I'm a fan of the game. When I was playing I picked the person I liked more. But then I was told I was wrong and I was like no, you're wrong. Either way, you should definately add some sort of instruction because its confusing otherwise.

Fair enough. But I agree with CGW. Surely it's completely subjective; a load of people on that list I don't have a clue who they are, but they're obviously famous otherwise they wouldn't be on there. Eg, I love Zooey Deschanel so I'd consider her to be more famous than hmm, Masi Oka (who I've literally just found out who he is). Whereas, a lot of people are the other way round. So who, if anyone, is right? Lol, long comments, hopefully I make sense.
