Mandy is back in LA after celebrating her 23rd birthday at the Brick Awards in New York. She attended an event with her new friend, singer Greg Laswell who she seems to be spending a lot of time with these days. She also has no boot on her foot - that was a quick recovery!. Mandy looks cute and casual in her little blue dress, even though she's missing her usual big smile.

I don't think the dress' hem hits in the right spot, it makes her legs look chunkier than they probably are.

18Mandy Moore is not fat. She has the body of an average woman. Sure, it would probably be good for her to get some exercise a few times a week for her health, but she looks far from bad. She is also very outspoken about not falling into the Hollywood zeros club. I completely respect her and think she is a much better role model for young girls than oh, say Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, or Britney Spears. And yes, that dress, not so cute on her.

It's the shoes that are doing her an injustice. If she had on a bit of a heel, it would make her legs look leaner. Trust me on this one.
