Tobey Maguire was looking slim on his way to a meeting in LA yesterday. The actor has been busy saving the world with Leonardo DiCaprio lately, and before he gets back to the business of being a superhero, he is making sure to factor in family time to his rumored Spider-Man sequels contract. Since the fourth and fifth movie are supposedly filming back-to-back for six months, Tobey wanted early mornings and evenings off so he could spend time with Ruby — so sweet, but no surprise coming from a guy who brought his family along for the Spider-Man 3 world tour.

5i guess when you're a big enough star you can work things like that into your contract. i guess it's nice that we all know that the director won't even consider anyone else for the role so that gives him a lot of leverage. it's probably smart that they want to film these back to back to get them both in the can - it makes things easier and probably a bit less expensive to do.
