2that´s a quick recover for Travis.
3I read he refused the breath analyzer at the scene but the hospital did a BAC which came back under the legal limit or inconclusive.. since he was cleared of causing the accident and was the actual only injured party/victim..they dropped the charges but still have him on refusing to cooperate at the scene.. which might be due to his temper (being the victim and accused by the police of being the cause and drunk)..
Who knows.. he will lose his license for about the same amount of time as if he had been found guilty of a misdemeanor DUI so it is almost a wash.
4I'm glad to hear Travis will be getting out of the hospital in two weeks.
I hope Adam is doing well and will recover soon also.
5that sux about losing his license. it's bad enough his truck was wrecked, his hand mangled, then he gets all this blame, now he can't drive. booo. driving is fun, the law is meanies, lol! hope he celebrates his success in ee by getting a kik ass new car. 4 more hours til i get to see eagle eye! woop!

11i read about shia's good fortune yesterday and i don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. i guess if he wasn't over the limit then that's fine but i think that he still needs to realize that it's not a smart thing to do to drink anything and then drive.
i like the ellen is so invoved in this project and i hope that it helps educate people and remind them that there's something here that we should learn more about since it affects soo many women.
hmm...seeing SMG again would be nice and i think that the plot sounds like something new that we haven't seen before. i can't wait to see what comes of it.
how can someone RENEGOTIATE their prenup? i thought that was the point of having one - so you knew what you were getting if the marriage didn't work. she's got some GREAT lawyers if she was able to do that!
that's great news about travis - and i hope that we hear similar news about DJ AM soon too. that was a very scary thing to happen, and i'm sure that they are VERY thankful that they are alive.

13IMA! Tell the hubby it was mainly action. LOL-(it was a massive Shiafest with so many droolworthy scenes. And LaBeard, sigh!) My friend is now converted and admited he's a stone cold fox! ;D It was so kik ass, you HAVE to see it in theatre, good luck with the husband.
