Jude Law, for all purposes, seems to be an involved and attentive father. On the other hand, he makes for a horrible partner/lover. He reminds me of a George Clooney archetype who just happens to like children. I still appreciate his dashing Brit sexiness from afar.

Sherylynne...I agree his coupling with Sienna was not a good match. Do you know the whole story with Sadie? I've only read she was suffering from depression and it drove him away (?). I still think he could have salvaged that relationship.

No, I don't know the whole story with Sadie...but I do think they had marital problems long before their divorce. They did try to salvage it by taking a family vacation together, but from what I'm told, Sadie had to drag Kate Moss and crew along with them, which wasn't exactly conducive for "family time." Then after Iris swallowed that pill at a birthday party she was at with Sadie, it seems that's when things really fell apart. Sadie is a bit like Sienna in that she craves attention. But....she and Jude are good friends/partners in raising their children together, and I respect them for that. It's not many ex-couples that can spend as much time together as they do, even taking vacations together. Their children are benefitting from this. The story about depression? I don't think that's what drove him away. I think that was a hyped up sympathy play from Sadie's camp.

I am a devout Christian and I'm sorry but I think the fact Kirk Cameron refused to kiss the actress who played his wife is completely ridiculous!!! Is that not what "acting" is all about??

I'm a Christian too and I don't see the problem in kissing a co-star for a movie (I would understand if he didn't want to roll around completely naked with another woman though), however I think it's admirable that Kirk stands up for his beliefs. And its also very commendable that he has been married to Chelsea Noble for sooo long.
