Deja Vu stunk, but I dont want B to go downhill. Shes too talented.

Deja Vu was terrible. I haven't been a fan of beyonce for a long time now. I do think she is talented, I just don't like her choice of songs.

Okay, I didn't watch the entire video and my husband was talking to me in the background during the part that I did watch, but I saw & heard enough to know I didn't like it.

I think people are getting angry because she is not trying to do things the same way she did before, she's trying to be different. I hope she gives a good performance at the VMA's though.

Aside from the alarm ringing in the background and making me feel like I'm standing next to a carnival ride... I actually love it. I love the intensity and the beats are really catchy.

It's better than any of the other garbage out so far -- aside from Cristina Aguilera's album anyway. And I usually have little use for Beyonce.

I didn't listen but I watched, so I guess I didn't get it at all. It was way to erratic and since I didn't listen, it looked like she was screaming and yelling the whole time. I have to hear it now. She seems crazy in it.

abomb- i haven't seen this one yet (i'm at work and can't d/l it) but this is starting to become a trend with her videos. she looks like she is suffering from a seizure or something. in dejavu, she screams the whole time and is dancing around like a monkey who had too much hot sauce.

I've always been a huge Beyonce fan, and after I saw Beyonce perform Deja Vu at the BETs, I liked that song. And this one isn't one of her best, but I like the intensity and the catchy beats. That alarm gets annoying, though.

I like beyonce, but I will not be buying her new album, because from the songs I have heard so far, it looks like the album will suck

The more I listen to it the more I like it. I love songs when women tell it to the men. I was one of the few people who liked Deja Vu too, though.

i dont like the song and the video isnt really good either but i love the part where she sits on a white couch, no extensions, very little make up and tears in her eyes.

Hate the song. She is trying so hard to be the "new" Tina Turner with her wild ass. And her clothes and hair are terrible. Too over the top. And why would she want to copy that nasty Basic Instinct crotch shot? Yuk.

Saw it this morning and all I can say it that it...both the song and the video...are truly awful.

The Basic Instinct crotch shot is just desperate. Beyonce needs to sit down and re-think what she's doing, and if other people are doing the thinking for her she needs to dump them.

i am just disappointed that she did not grow as an artist. seems like she would have grown some since the last album, lyrically i mean. i don't like this side of her. i hope she has some beautiful ballads on this one.

You know how beyonce usually takes everday situations and puts it in her songs? remember when those jay-z and rihanna rumors started and beyonce totally ignored them bc she knows her jay was faithful, i think it still sorta got to her and maybe she voiced it out on this song.

I have to agree with lilaem - I totally think she's over-rated. This album only took her 2 weeks to record and it shows...

I've always thought that Beyonce was reaching Madonna status, where she could write and/or sing any song whatsoever, and there would always be someone willing to listen to it, no matter how crappy.
