Heather Locklear was arrested last night in Santa Barbara [1] and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence, but there was no alcohol involved.

The cops believe that she was "driving erratically" and seemed "disoriented and impaired" due to prescription medication. She was released without having to post bail.
