Well if it does come out, I think people will probably (for the most part) ignore it. I agree with you eda85. If she smiles, she loves the paps and is courting them. If she looks irritated or expressionless, she's "crazy" again. Pics can be misleading. The video of her at the radio station later that day seems more telling of her frame of mind.
