Vince was looking a little better this weekend than last week, but he still seems a bit haggard lately. (Not to mention he's hanging out at PARC, which is becoming a hotspot for younger stars like LL and Ashlee Simpson). On the other hand, we still love Vince the actor and he has quite a few promising projects coming up. What do you think - has Vince lost his appeal?
