Blake Lively and her new Gossip Girl love interest filmed a romantic scene in Times Square today. From the looks of these pictures and after last night's episode, things are changing for the new Queen Bee, though hopefully off-screen boyfriend Penn is more at ease watching his girl kiss someone else than Blake was.
