Madonna, Lourdes and David Banda continued to enjoy their time back in David's homeland of Malawi this week. Lourdes happily honed her filmmaking skills, but it sounds like the trip has also had some pretty intense moments for Madonna and (I imagine) little David, too. Yesterday afternoon the singer and her newly adopted son were set to visit his former orphanage to meet with David's father. As expected, the media frenzy was in tow, but a group of local students decided to protect Madonna and David by throwing rocks at the swarming media. Sounds honorable, though I'm sure the kids learned that sticks and stones may break the paparazzi's bones, but nothing will ever (ever) really deter them.

Maybe the media would not be as bad if MAG did not tell everyone she was going. She brought a camera crew with her AS USUAL!!! This man hands would do anything for PR. Including using her new son!! 23I have been to Mauritania and got on the ground.. touched the dirt.. Dropping into a country on a private jet.. taking photo ops...bringing a camera crew so the world can see you letting your ADOPTED son meet his father is AWFUL!! Shouldn't that be a PERSONAL event.. The child is a baby and he has to deal with CAMERA EVERYWHERE!!!

I read that he told her to make sure she got her hands dirty this time and that he wasn't going to go to Malawi and drive around in a caravan of limos. I don't see them lasting.

32I seriously don't know how people spend that much money on a pair of sunglasses! My friend has dior, coach, and prada and they aren't that special! I lose my glasses or break them all the time. I am not kidding when I say my most expensive glasses are $10 and I didn't even want to spend that much.
Plus the friend who has all those glasses, last week saw mine and she went and bought mine, and she even said she likes them way better then any of her designer ones.

That was a sad day for me.

I have a pair of good ones.. and not so expensive ones.. the less expensive I wear when I am with my kids.. so as you can imagine the good ones never get worn because I am always with one or two of my little guys!!

The birth father (Carlos) was one of Madge's back-up dancers (I think). They were "together" when she got preggers & for a little bit afterward. then he just dissappeared....
