Fresh off her quick trip to Japan, Lindsay was back on the club scene hitting up recent favorite LA hotspot Winstons this week. Not only did that recent stint in rehab not curtail her partying ways, but she's back to giving her special brand of totally strange interviews. In the most recent one with Allure, she talks rehab, partying and her desires to lay low. We'll believe that last part when we see it. Here are highlights:
- On feeling protective of her loved ones:
"When my friends and family are around me I feel like they're safe . . . When my friends have left me - I've just seen everything collapse. They're not safe without me." - On partying post-rehab:
"That's my life!" She also compared herself to Marilyn Monroe and claimed to be shocked she ended up needing treatment: "It's so weird that I went to rehab. I always said I would die before I went to rehab." - On her public life:
"Everybody's tired of hearing things about me and them . . . I think it's just better for me to lie low and get better."
Clearly even Lindsay isn't sure exactly what she wants from herself -- partying every night or laying low? Maybe she should get herself one of these t-shirts? As for protecting her friends, we really have no idea what that even means! Either way it sounds like LL is definitely back to her old self.

I honestly feel bad for this girl. Yes shes wierd and says random sh*t that doesnt make sense, but look at her mother. Everything bad you can say about Lindsey you can say about her mother, times 10. I think she turned out rather well considering she was raised by THAT.

14she and Brit remind me of eachother. They both would NEVER know how to live without fame. They are both the most affected in the business. I think Paris even understands she could be gone tomorrow. The main difference is LL has a really dysfunctional family, and Brit got famous way too young, but they have similar behavior.

I mean c'mon you guys, wasn't that just AWESOME of her to go over there and do all that. She makes me feel SOOOOO bad that I do so little charity work.

29All her statements to the media are incoherent. She appears to be perpetually impaired and thus gives nonsensical responses when put on the spot. She is beautiful, but I don't agree with her courting the media the way she does. She is also plagued by delusions of grandeur. However, I believe much of her wayward behavior can be attributed to her dysfunctional upbringing. In spite of all that, I believe she will go the route of Drew Berrymore and continue to engage in debauchery until her late 20s, then miraculously will shape up, assuming she doesn't OD in the process.
