Kate Bosworth and James Rousseau have a lot of experience touring the world together, and yesterday they surfaced in Paris. They're in town for all the Fashion Week fun, but still found time for partying and window shopping. While Kate was one of the many celebs who are encouraging us to vote, it seems like she knows how to make the most of a little vacation time before heading to the voting booths next month.
