Their son is so cute and SJP is a great actress. That being said I have always thought Matthew was gay and was surprised when he married SJP and settled down. They seem to be a normal happy and posh couple so I hope they stay together.

I usually think she looks great, have always been a HUGE fan... but in this case, I only like the dress and accessories. The make-up doesn't look flattering and her hair is just bad - too many fly aways and the braided bun is super frumpy.

Has she heard of hair spray or hair gel? I don't let my 6 year old out of the house with that kind of hair! Did she do her own makeup or is it sun damage...what is up with her face? She could have used some lipstick with some COLOR since her dress and makeup are so neutral. She just looks so BEIGE and BLAHHHHH!

OMG! For a second I was afraid to read the headlines for fear they were following in Kate Hudson's footsteps ... I LOVE this couple. They are my favorite along with Ryan & Reese, Courtney & David ... Sarah may not be strikingly beautiful on the outside, but she is cute and I think she and Matthew are both great people who stay private and behind the scenes. Love them !!

I think SJP is unconventionally attractive and I think she has great style, but she is definitely not classically beautiful. But she has a great personality and I think she's a good actress - I spent many hours LMAO at Sex and the City while I was in college. That show is definitely responsible for my increased awareness about fashion and my addiction to designer shoes!

In that second picture Matthew looks so backed up he should be sitting on a toilet for about a week.
I absolutely loved SATC, especially SJP so I'll never say anything bad about her. She's rocking forty without the botox, collagen, and other surgical procedures favoured by other starlets younger than her. And I like that she's not typical Hollywood gorgessity.

Okay, I only say this because someone brought up "hoping their son looks like Matthew"... This is terribly shameless on my part, but EVERY time I see a photo of that kid, I see Mikhail Baryshnikov! When I mentionned it to my mom and showed her a pic of both, she clasped her hand over her mouth and started laughing hysterically! She now tells me she can't even look at James and NOT see Baryshnikov ! Okay, my moment of shameless gossip is over...

I think we're responsible for our own actions. I think blaming tv shows is cop out unless your a child and that's the parents responiblity to control what shows might influence young, impressionalbe minds. JMO

I think SJ has style, but she's not in the pretty category.I always love what she wears.

I've never seen SJP's appeal, but then I never was a fan of the show.

Lil, thats brave of you to admit, as most people here seem to love it to death. I thought it was a bit racy, for me at least.

I do love SATC and watch it every night, still.
I remember her saying something like she hates it when people ask for her advice on relationships, people on the street stop her and ask her questions about it like that was her real life or something. So I’m guessing she not too much like her old character.
And I'm not hating on her, I think shes a great actress. That picture just scares me a little bit.

SJP is always very glamorous...however, she does not look her best here, the dress really washes her out, and the hair is bugging me too!

I never got into the show either. When it was at it's peek I only had basic cable and by the time it came around to be on DVD I figured I'd missed the boat. I have watched a few episodes on TBS but I can't dig my feet in.

I saw them last night and they stopped and posed for me. I definetly got the best photo of the both of them, ever. They arrived in a Prius, were very nice; when they left the party, she thanked us for waiting for them for the two hours they were at the party. He then put her in a car, and went back inside Tavern on the Green. He emerged a half hour later with a group of guys, including actor James Marsden and a couple women who are in the broadway show - Hairspray (not Haylie Duff), and they hailed cabs and off they went together. I guess it was boys night out.

Maybe its just me, but I think SJP is ugly. I haven't watched Sex in the City not only because she's in it, but to be honest, I don't see the appeal.

She is not conventinally beautiful but she's so friggin refreshing in a world full of plastic(Madonna take note of that), loving the wrinkles and the lack of tabloid stories froom her. People say Gwyneth is refined , nah, SJP now thats refined.
