John Mayer looked somber in mostly black on his way out of his NYC apartment yesterday. John may have sworn off women for the time being, but he's back to blogging, including a post this week about Paul Newman. John explained a game he plays with his friends rating celebrities' clout that ended in the realization that, "Nobody will ever be that cool again." It's sweet of John to pay tribute to the amazing actor and man who seems to have left an impression on everyone in Hollywood.

wow - um...ok, i guess it's nice that he's paying tribute to Paul Newman, but who besides me finds this to be out of character for him? anyway, i guess it's nice that he's trying to lay low yet he's always around town talking about how he's laying low and not dating etc.

12He use to be my favorite singer until the Jessica Simpson/Jennifer Aniston days. He lost major cool points then.
13I think he deserve some credit since he got rid of the publicity tricks. He has stayed away from her so I think he has redeemed him self-may be I'm to easy on him. I wish he would grow his hair back-then I will be back 100% until then I find him ugly.
