Finally, Keira's boyfriend Rupert Friend lopped off those icky too-long locks [0] and can I just say -- what a difference a haircut makes. Apparently as Orlando Bloom goes, so goes Budget Bloom and this shorter cut definitely does for Rupert what it did for Orlando [0] (I mean, not nearly to the same degree, but you get the idea). Judging from how Keira's looking (and considering she rarely looks happy [0] on their constant walks around London), I'm thinking she's liking her boy's new 'do too.
