Nicky Hilton was in South Beach to promote her latest project, a line of hotels. The Nicky O hotel-condo will be very different from any current Hilton hotels that you may know. Nicky already has a successful purse line and clothing line.... could she be the next Trump as well? Here's more:
The younger of the high-profile sisters says this will not be like her family’s chain of Hilton Hotels. She has licensed her name to the “Nicky O”, a condo-hotel concept being built on South Beach’s Ocean Drive. It will be tailored to her tastes. And living in a building with star power such as this one doesn’t come cheap, with units ranging from $500,000 to $7 million.

3He's a guy, a feminine gay guy who owns a clothing line named Heather-ette in NY. I dunno about hotels..Miami would definitely be a good market, possibly LA and NY but that's it...the rest of the country wouldn't get it.
4It will tank the hotel industry has been sinking for a while. Boutique bed and breakfasts that feel like home are what the modern tourist is craving.
5I want to like her... she seems like the "smart" hilton... but still she IS a hilton... so I dont really know what to think...
6i like how at least nicky works. the hardest paris has ever worked has been on some guys penis or showing up at appearances. but sometimes that doesn't even happen.. she didn't show up at the clubparis opening - and the club was f*cking named after her. of course nicky had to go and substitute for her until she got there like 4 hours later, because that's what she felt like doing.
7I like that she's doing something. She could just sit back and get drunk, flash her coochie and sleep around for the rest of her life...gosh that sounds familiar.
Anyhow, she's trying something that could fail spectacularly, but she's not afraid to try and to work. Good for her!

16w/e i think she should be satisfied w/what she already has, money, successful lines, she's just GREEDY, i'm glad she doesn't get as much attention as paris, but then again,people dont really CARE for nicky that much if at all.

Nicky Hilton always looks weird to me. Now and then I think she's actually quite pretty. But the rest of the time, its like huh...
18jen: ok, you know how my entire house has a tropical/nautical theme...and we are painting the master bedroom the blue and creme from my blog? well, i bought two conch shells, a small white wooden bucket with a net coming out of it with seashells hooked to it, a white wooden anchor with a net wrapped around it with seashells on it, a cute little wooden sea-gull, a large starfish and sand dollar that can be hung on the wall, three paintings that go together when hung up beside each other, a huge white puffy down comforter...i think that is all...nope, i bought some clothes too

27well that's cool that she's actually trying to do things with her life and not just waste it on partying all the time..I mean if you have all the money you'll ever need in life why not try and do all these fun things that you can afford like she's doing..I admire that..she just seems more down to earth then all the others out there with tons of money and I like that.

46I actually thought Eric Stoltz was pretty hot in SKoW, as well as Craig Sheffer(he was a bit of a dick though) it was hard to see why Amanda even had to think twice.

is one of the few i think looks okay. Craig Sheffer was pretty hot...but again, not as hot as James Spader.
48Spader at the time aslways played the weasel..kinda slezzy guy. For some reason I couldn't get into him until Sex Lies and Videotape and for some reason Secretary. Now I think he is the best thing that ever happened to Boston Legal and the only reason I occassionly catch that show.
You must have always had a thing for the bad boys..
