The stars of Heroes were out in their Springtime best last night to celebrate the show being back on air after a hiatus (and what an exciting episode it was). Noticeably absent from both the show and the party was Hayden's character Claire's BFF, Zach. Apparently he was written off Heroes when his manager had a fit over the character of Zach being gay. Wow, you'd think that the young actor's management would want to do what they could to keep him on the hit series. I'd also like to believe we've come farther than that in the field of typecasting. The show must go on, however, and judging from last night's episode, there's a lot more excitement to come this season!

Zach's character was gay? I watch this show and didn't even notice that. I knew he was different and kept to himself but didn't know that. So what if he was, I don't see the big deal. Love Heroes, it was so good to have it back last night.
1I agree, it definitely wasn't obvious that he was gay at all, I didn't even notice. Ali looks absolutely gorgeous, I am totally loving the yellow for this spring, can't wait to fill my closet with light yellow!
