that's a little bit ridiculous. I am deeply skeptical of such a near ripoff (they even have a redhead!). If today were April Fools' Day I would definitely think this was a joke.

I'm curious if the Sex and the City fans will like this show, since they all miss it so much, or if they will think it's a poor knock-off. I never watched SaTC, so I won't mind watching this, as I won't have any comparison.

I absolutely loved SatC, so I'm a little skeptical about this show (how can it possibly compare). I will still check out the pilot though, who knows it could be great.

As long as ABC is doing it, if it's good, then it'll have short-ass seasons and the general programming will probably be effed up like they've done with every decent show they've had over the last few years.
Just like with Grey's Anatomy and LOST and any other good show they've had. I really, REALLY hate ABC.***gggrrrr***

I love Lucy, I hope this show turns out to be good. We need a new fashion diva show, always. It can be done. Look at how many medical shows we have and how awesome some of them are. With the right writers, this show can set itself apart. They are off on the right foot by having Lucy on the show. They need to add an African-American character, I agree. There doesn't have to be a 4 friend group. Five would work just as well.

why why why?! Just because it's quilted doesn't mean it's Chanel. A watered down SATC is like watching it on WGN. It isn't the same show and I refuse to watch it. People tell me they never watched it, but now watch it on WGN. They say it wasn't what they expected. I of course tell them to stop for the above mentioned reason(s). These writers need an infusion of fresh ideas. Stop trying to copy a Monet. All you ultimately create is "Dogs Playing Poker."
