Jessica was the co-host of The Teen Choice Awards last night. She gave it her all by having some fun on the red carpet, jumping out of a treasure chest and wearing some grills. She does deserve some credit since hosting live TV events are not that easy. However, she started the show off with the treasure chest thing and all I could think about was the Newlyweds episode where she jumped out of that cake for Nick. If it wasn't for cute Daisy's participation I would have turned off the show right then and there. As for Dane, he is clearly a more talented comedian who was quick on his feet with witty responses. Here is more of Jess from the evening. Funny how she and Carmen are goofing off since they both became single ex-MTV reality stars. I bet they were bonding over that.

Jess did NOT look good tonight. Her makeup was bad, and she was looking awfully tranny (and a lot like Papa). That first pic Pop posted is prob the best pic, and the best outfit.

2yea, jess does look a little different. I think she gained some weight, you know from the divorce maybe. Dont get me wrong shes still beautiful and i find her the most gorgeous girl in hollywood, but her body looks heavier. again- nothing wrong with that

8I thought (yes, finally watched some of the show) that she seemed very self conscious and wasn't goofy funny, just goofy.
9I turned it on right when she was putting that grill in her mouth. She was so stupid. It reminded me of when she was on newlwyweds, but I could put up with her on newleyweds becuase Nick was there to bring her back down to Earth. I agree she did look a lot fatter. I am surprised there are no pictures of her and her nasty dad. This might be the first time that she has been on the red carpet and he hasn't been there.
10I saw the end and the 2 min of Jess that I did see was unbearable. These hollywood girls have managed to make grillz the wackest thing ever.
11She thinks she's sexy, she thinks she's smart, cool and funny. But there's only one thing that she really is: FAKE. I don't know what people see in this woman. She's terrible. I can't like anything in her. Sorry. Too much hate for morning. haha.
12jessica is not a talented comedian. it was embarrassing to watch her both because of that and her terrible looking eye shadow. however, it made me feel better for nick that she had so many misses. i don't think that performance made him miss her at all.

I think I supposed "fliry banter" that they made all the male/female presenter duos do was akward. I didn't get the point. I was really disappointed by the show as a whole.
On the plus side I liked Rihanna performance and I haven't always been her biggest fan

Dane Cook used to be hot to me, but even the rumor of a dalliance with Chestica makes him tainted and now he's nothing special. The audience seemed to be way more into him than Jessica. Were Nick and Vanessa at the awards?

Oh my gosh! Jessica was ridiculous! Not funny, not cute, not sexy. The grill thing was not funny, it actually seemed like she was making fun of little Hogan. Britney was like a delicious dessert after a bad, bad meal of Jessica. Even though she was chewing gum, she was so much cuter and sweeter than Jessica. Brit= authentic. Jess= FAKE.
32Jessica and Dane had no chemistry, so don't expect much from their movie. Jessica, just looked bad. You don't step out at a public event like this where you ex is and look bad.

I didn't get to watch it, but from looking at the pics of her goofing off and being so sassy on the red carpet, it looks like she's overcompensating... like she's trying to make sure everyone knows she's having SOOO much fun and she's such a fun girl. Like she's trying to make Nick jealous.
By the look of her, I don't think it worked.
