It's nice that Kate & Chris seem to be keeping it civil. I've never understood the idea of 'ok, we're getting divorced, i hate you, let's spew vitriol at each other in public'. If you loved someone once, then does the love just disappear?

Maybe I'm naive, I just hope if anything happens to my fiance' and I, we can keep things amicable, especially if we have children.

I think some people are being to mean. Nobody knows if she cheated on him and she doesn't look pregnant at all. You can't judge people like this. You can judge Paris or LL, but kate is a good person! It is not right, that's all.

well i dont think she cheated... i mean yes they prob slept together but they both admitted that they had an open marriage...she said she doesnt expect him to stay faithful she just didnt want to know and he said he didnt expect her to stay faithful if he wasnt capable. if they really get divorced its cause they dont want to be together or maybe she has feelings for owen and then it wasnt just the humpity hump!! and yes i love shakespeare and sjpwannabe i wuv you girl of course we think alike we are brilliant!!!

Gracey I have friends who work for US magazine and they emailed me before the story broke because they were the ones that caught them. I can't give the details, but I do know that this story is true.

I am curious, now that it is out, if she will freak out because of her son and call it quits with him. She seems like a good person, and definitely has her son as her priority.
