Some all-star women actresses came together in LA last night for ELLE Magazine's 15th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute. Nicole Kidman, Isla Fisher and Halle Berry were among the honorees of the night, though Salma Hayek didn't make the event after
her weekend overseas. The other women honored last night included Anne Hathaway, Jane Fonda, Sigourney Weaver and more.

J . Lo is not aging well at all. Her makeup is making her face look very old. Jenny on the the other hand looks great and is getting better with age.
