do you really want to know what he´s drinking? He must have leart about that drink from Giselle!!! That´s "Caipirinha". Traditional brazilian drink. Originally it´s prepared with "Chachaca" but it could also be "Caipiroska", in that case it contains vodka!

Actually a martini CAN and does come in a lowball glass if it is on the rocks. Only martinis served straight up are in a martini glass.
That said, traditional martinis don't have limes in them, they have olives (or with onion, but then it's called a Gibson).
So it could be a Gimlet on the rocks but I am guessing a vodka tonic or gin and tonic.
Either way, seriously why is he smoking inside? (Way to protect the environment, too!).

He's prolly smoking inside because he is in a bar that allows smoking. Guess what, I am not pro-smoking, but if a restaurant has a smoking section, then i think people have the right to smoke there!

barbi how can you know for 100% what is he drinking since you have no idea what is in the glass? Most of the guesses on drinks listed look exactly the same in clear format. Also, a Caipirinha should have a lot more limes and/or fruit in it, not just 1 slice.

That is SO not a Caipirinha. PartySugar, the resident cocktail guru, thinks it's a clear liquor (gin or vodka) with tonic, water, or simply on the rocks.

Smoking is banned in bars and clubs in NYC. However, clubs like Marquee usually allows its "special guests" (like Leo) to do whatever they want. Including smoking.
