Blake Lively was all bundled up in the early Winter weather filming Gossip Girl [1] in NYC yesterday. She tucked Penny into her parka to help keep her warm against the elements. Although this doesn't give us a great taste of what she has on under her puffy coat, she's sure to be perfectly Serena when the cameras start rolling.
