Tobey and the gang have been everywhere this week promoting Spider-Man 3. In just the past 10 days they've managed to have premieres in Tokyo, London, Rome, Berlin and here they are now in Moscow! In all they plan to have 9 premieres! That's not even counting all the other ways they're marketing the film, like Spider-Man 3 week in NY, trailers, magazine covers, interviews and everything else. So what do you think? Are they overdoing it?

1The trades today said that they are spending $100 MILLION on marketing alone!
That is just too much. I think the people that made the first 2 movies so successful will go out and see this regardless of the campaigning, so I think it is a waste of money.

Well, they filmed part of it in my neighborhood in Brooklyn, so now I have to go see it just so I can see my street on the big screen.

I must admit that I wasn't the biggest Spiderman fan when the trilogy started. I didn't go to see the first two episodes on the big screen, but not that I've seen them on DVD, I definitely want to see part 3 on the big screen. James Franco is such a cutie and I just can't get enough of hottie Spidey himself, Tobey.

28I don't really care. They're just promoting their huge movie. And I cannot get enough of seeing James Franco. Very hot guy.
29Topher hasn't been hyped so much in the movie because they are trying to keep a lot of the parts of his character a "secret". I guess Venom is a pretty fun character in the comic books, and die hards are super curious to see how they pull it off.
I think Topher is a GREAT actor, and I hope this movie leads to big things for him.
