Far away from the drama on and off The Hills, Whitney Port got to shooting her new reality show The City in NYC yesterday. It looks like Whitney got some good news over the phone. . . and that the new show is going to have the same level of setup scenes that we're used to on the show we know and love. Whitney's is The Hills spinoff you're most excited to see and it looks like this brunette friend may become a familiar face. We've already gotten a taste of the tearful goodbye with Lauren, but it should be interesting to see how Whitney is when it's all about her.

they're both really cute, at first i wasn't sure about whitney's own show but i'm excited to see it.
1one she is floating on one of the pictures. I am glad her life is doing great.

i'll have to keep watching out for the places that she goes and somehow intertwine my activities there. i can't wait to see what they do with her in NYC since
she's really not as familiar with the big apple.
9I think it will be cool to see New York City through Whitney's eye as a newcomer. It will be like younger, semi-reality version of Sex and the City (but not nearly as good) since they will probably show her going to the biggest hotspots, clubs, restaurants, etc.
The City is the lamest name ever, though. It should've been called The Big Apple or The Island. The City sounds too general.

19It should be somewhat interesting. It seemed that she was the only one who was actually doing the internships and what not. I just hope doing this reality show doesn't change her "reality" if ya get me...
