Paris Hilton managed to amp up her tan between one night in London and the next, though she had to keep herself bundled on her way back to the hotel after a night out at the Kingly Club. It's only right that Paris makes sure she's well acquainted with the city since she's looking for her next BFF in the UK. Seeing how ridiculous things got on the second episode of Paris Hilton's My New BFF this week, I can only imagine what sorts of things she'll get up to filming overseas. Speaking of Paris being over the top, the guys at Funny or Die took her new video about running for fake president up a level by outlining the Paris Doctrine for her in Harper's Bazaar.

Stupidly, I've been liking the looks Paris has been wearing lately. What's wrong with me?? That said, her hair and tan look awful.
1Pestica Pimpson has that same look on her online store picture.If it's cold enough for a wool coat and knee length boots...it's cold enough for pants. ..stupid.

I love knee high boots. I don't think its fair to say if its cold enough to wear the jacket and boots, its cold enough to wear pants. Not necessarily. I live in Los Angeles and it never really gets cold here, but at night it can get cold enough that you need a sweater, but still not cold enough that part of your legs can't be exposed. And the boots are just cute.....regardless of the temperature.

7Lol, The suns rays are still strong in LA, yadiet. In fact, we've been having a heat wave the past few days. It was 90 degrees yesterday and really bright and sunny and mid 90's the day before yesterday.
8And although Paris isn't in LA now, she spends most of her time here.
