Salma Hayek looked like one hot mama on the set of 30 Rock in NYC today. Yesterday we saw her showing off her swimsuit body on a recent vacation in Ibiza, and this dress is equally flattering. She had an extra special guest, Valentina, to brighten up the day as if that dress isn't doing it enough already. Even Alec Baldwin got in the baby fun.
