Ok basically the first two are pretty obvious. Since this list is per year I can also understand Heath Ledger and Owen Wilson, but the rest shouldn't be on this list, especially the kids. I love Suri, I think she is precious but she is not a celeb, her weird father is and didn't even make the list.

It is a bit disturbing to see children on the list - Suri and Shiloh are both adorable, but they didn't choose to become public figures the way that their parents did. And I don't get Heidi at all. Maybe because she keeps giving Us Weekly "exclusives", but she is a prime example of someone who's famous for being famous.
