Gisele Bundchen arrived at the airport in Paris before hitting the streets to do some shopping. She was the portrait of geek chic with her iPod and BlackBerry complementing her other stylish accessories. While jet-setting is part of the glamorous life of a supermodel, she looked just as comfortable helping take care of Tom's son John over the weekend before she hit the road. Tom's probably missing her already since the poor QB is temporarily wheelchair-bound after last Monday's surgery.
