Since she did so few songs, you'd think she could polish them to perfection in the amount of time she has been at the studio.

JustMe..haha I agree. For all the millions she has, I think she cannot put a semi-cute outfit on unless some extremely patient stylist comes to her rescue. I don't know what's so hard about not wearing a bra and cheap, ugly skirts and boots all day long when she can afford to be looking much better. Just another kooky quality about her.

People with actual hot bodies, like Adriana Lima, Halle Berry, Heidi Klum, Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek, Catherine Zeta Jones, Jessica Biel, the gal from "Lost" (Evangeline something?), ETC ETC ETC all have great bodies and dress sexy while being classy...they they don't feel the need to walk around the town and in clubs wearing literally their underwear, maybe covered by some mesh, to show off their bods..then why does Britney think its cool to do?? Her body looks better than it has in a few years but still...we really don't care to see her in those nasty little, barely there clothes as she constantly try to show everyone "Look ya'll, I got skinnier!". All her trashy qualities are unbelievable.....blechhhh!! If any of you Britney fans are Paris haters by chance...take a second to compare how different they actually are...not that different at all.

I do not think that the fact that she sold out these shows proves that she is still a bankable star as other posters are saying. I think the reason these shows sold out was because people want to see the train wreck that she is.

What a sad young woman...she just needs to stay out of the spotlight for awhile and focus on getting healthy and making sure her kids are being attended to.

I think that instead of trying to do a comeback as her "not that innocent" younger self, she would do better to reinvent herself as a classier, more grown-up musician. I mean, honestly, it's hard to take a milf-y mother of two seriously as she shimmies around on stage in a streetwalker outfit. I think she's just inviting criticism by trying to recapture the old days--let them be and move on.
That said, I don't think she's going to pull it off. Old habits die hard, and evidently cowboy boots are one of hers.

ROFL hellloooo madonna and the bullet bras, christina ag and her WAAAY sluttier [non]clothes.... britney has always (even before kids) worn "stage clothing" on stage. granted she now wears them off stage(bad idea even in my book) but it's part of the show. get over it. yea she lip synched but at least she's not running and hiding! she gets bad press and she just keeps going. think back 20 years (all you 80's kids out there) and remember all the nasty bad press madonna used to get? from movie bombs to her and Sean breaking up? same thing, different generation. i congratulate her for at least getting back onstage and trying to do what she does best. entertaining!!

125 seems to be a lot of money just to watch a train wreck... especially considering that there are reports that people could have resold their 125 tickets for about 400.

If she lipsynched her old performances, what's the difference now? Granted it was house of blue and not a huge stadium.

Most reviews in the press (aside from the gossip sites) are pretty positive. Aside from her personal life, I think she should keep at the entertaining, it seems to be the one thing that's keeping her together. I don't think that 3 year hiatus was good for her morale.

If she was really an artist, she would have taken some time off and come back with new material (like Madonna always has, or more recently, JT). But she's NOT - she was a true statement of pop culture - manufactured and over-produced. And it worked - then. It doesn't anymore and her refusal to go away with any dignity, live off her royalties and find a different career just illustrate what a WT publicity wh*re she really is.

Britney looks a mess. She is dressed like a hooker!!! Who would want to pay to go see somebody lip sync?! I have always thought that Britney is over-rated. The girl cannot sing! She has not got a good voice. And she is just an okay dancer. It is crazy that she has made millions considering she has no real talent. We could all record albums (the magic equipment in studio's can alter anybody's voice!!)and make millions!!

I think she is stuck in 1999. She aint 17/18 anymore, she is 25 with 2 young babies. She is trying to recapture her 'i'm an innocent teenager' image. She needs to get out of the limelight for a while, she needs to go home to Kentwood. She should be focusing on her babies instead of trying to save her career. She has enough money made to last her the rest of her life.

I honestly think she's probably scared to death or performing again and that may be the reason for these "little comeback" performances. After not performing for so many years, giving birth to two babies (which meant blowing up huge and losing the weight TWICE), and all the Britney bashing the media has done since day ONE of the KFed drama in her life, I can imagine she's petrified of what will happen when she gets back on that stage! I sure would be! Knowing she will likely get bashed by some no matter how well she does, wondering if she still even has what it takes, and probably worried about failure, I think she's just trying to get over those fears before the album comes out and she has to get out there and promote it on a big scale again. It may seem like she's some diva pop star or something, but really she's a little country girl that never really had a chance to grow up and probably didn't have many "classy" or mature adults in her life as examples that actually cared about her well-being and kept her best interests as a person in mind. It's a sad scenario really. She may be rich in material things, but that doesn't mean she has everything. I hope she makes it and continues to grow and learn from her mistakes, and can teach her sons the lessons she didn't get to learn until it was too late.

I was there and it was very amateur. I KNOW that she is rusty but really. I waited 4 hours for that slut. It was poorly managed or NOT managed at all. It was fun to see her up close but that was it. She looked SOOOO nervous when she came out. Like a deer in headlights. Then we all screamed and you could see her smile and relax. 2 hours later than it was scheduled. I understand being late but 2 fucking hours?? AND yes she lypsinced and didn't sing ONE new song at all!! Isn't she supposed to do NEW songs?? Her wig was TACKY!! LOL LOL It was worth the $35 I spent but I felt bad for people that spent more. Everyone was screaming afterward that was HORRIBLE. Poor thing.

Why do people have such low standards?

So she lip syncs and this constitutes the start of a comeback? Are you kidding me? Also, the first shot of her in the jean skirt with her belly muffin-topping out should silence everyone who's been oooohing and ahhhing over her "amazing body".

I'm going to reserve judgment until the end of this string of "suprise" shows. This being her first concert back after a few years' break, its bound to be a bit rusty. Remember the girl wasn't dancing or performing AT ALL in the past 3 years. She just started after getting released from rehab.
