Sometimes fast-moving Lindsay Lohan doesn't even leave footprints: That's the case with the actress's West Hollywood condo, which she's put on the market for $2.85 million, PEOPLE reports in its new issue.
Lohan paid $1.9 million for the 2,100-sq.-ft., three-bedroom pad in Sierra Towers, just off the Sunset Strip, in 2005 – but never moved in.

2I am in the process of buying a townhouse right now. I make a decent salary yet I am going to be up to my ears in mortgage payments. Plus, the whole process of buying is driving me up the wall. Must be nice to just go "yawn...I think I'll sell my place" and make millions off of it, plus not even be bothered with actually being part of the whole process (I'm sure her "people" do everything, she just signs off).

26I doubt she'll get that much for it. The market is increasingly going down, even in California. There are tons of sellers...and not a lot of buyers. Although some idiot just might pay that much because it once belonged to Lindsey Lohan...reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George bought a Le Baron previously owned by Jon Voight...only it wasn't the famous Jon Voight.
