Will Arnett and Amy Poehler can bring in plenty of laughs on their own, but as a team they're unstoppable. They poked fun at their relationship when Amy played Will's sometimes wife on Arrested Development, and they stole the show from Will Ferrell in Blades of Glory. Right now we're awaiting their biggest collaboration of all — their first child.
