The common markers that identify intelligence include the ability to reason, plan, solve problems, think abstractly, comprehend situations, learn from experience and apply all that to perform better in ones own environment. If Paris had that, there wouldn't have been a sex tape or time in jail, or the staged public falling out with friends, numerous engagements, etc.

Does no one here realize that her apparent stupidity is part of her persona as a celebrity? She may not be super intelligent, but for her to stop acting the way she has been would be to take away all the reasons that people follow her in the magazines, make fun of her, etc.
