While Summer is long over, the Stefani-Rossdale family still hit the Malibu beach yesterday. Gavin practiced his paddling skills with Pierce Brosnan while Gwen stayed on the beach with his wife, Keely. The weather was gorgeous, but Kingston kept himself covered up and close to the shore to play with his mom and dad. Even Zuma came for the afternoon out, hanging out in his car seat under a blanket. The Rossdale and Brosnan families have been spending time together recently and it looks like the friends are happy to take advantage of the prime location of the Brosnan's Malibu home.

i didn't know that they were friendly - that's kind of cool if you think about it. ...and i love keely and pierce! i'm so glad that we know that they are taking zuma out sometimes, especially to the beach since he's named for one!

14I love Gwen! She is a trendsetter (Not you, Christina), and she's so sweet. What do you mean "still chubby"?! She just had the baby for crying out loud! Jeez, we criticize Hollywood moms for looking too thin after giving birth, AND we criticize them for looking still chubby after giving birth. What gives? I am happy for Gwen that she has 2 healthy beautiful children, and Gavin looks to be a good Dad. Bless!
