Until now, there's been no hard evidence that Lindsay is misbehaving, but Page Six is reporting there's a video of Lindsay participating in some questionable behavior. I think it's more on the line that she's 20, out on her own, has all the resources she could ever need at her fingertips and the fact that she wants to "explore". I think a lot people forget the fact that she's so young. I was doing the same stuff from age 17 to about 20... I think she'll grow out of it eventaully.
16As I said before, her "Rehab" was just a publicity stunt to get people to feel sorry for her. She never intended to give up her fun time! So my answer is YES, she is out of control. She's never been IN control.
