Last night US Weekly celebrated their annual Hot Hollywood issue in New York with real life couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens. The adorable duo has been busy promoting HSM3 around the world prior to its big opening this weekend but Zac's already got other projects being highlighted. Just released is the trailer for 17 Again — it's like Big and Freaky Friday but with Hollywood's hottest rising star. Another costar couple, Gossip Girls' Blake Lively and Penn Badgley also attended but as usual skipped walking the red carpet together. Ugly Betty duo Becki Newton and Michael Urie played it up for the crowd again while Gavin Rossdale came solo. Sadly Hunter Parrish skipped the event although he was highlighted in the issue.

You know its funny, but I heard Zac doing an interview the other day and he actually sounded WAY intelligent and not the least bit as vapid as he looks.
6I can't figure out what I don't like about Vanessa's face, her features are a little off or something? They are all otherwise beautiful, young, and wealthier than I'll ever be.

8i LOVE that blue dress - i think that i need it. as for zac - i'm kind of tired of him, and i don't think that we've really seen him do anything overly impressive but i guess that's just my opinion. i wish that i could be on a hot list!

12Zac and Lady V are beyond cute. But I think Disney will have to start over now that they've graduated. Maybe find a new crew on showbizzle.com or quarterlife or something. Zac is definitely on the way way up.
13The thing in Vanessa's features is, I'd guess, the way she manages to look like the cat that got the cream a lot of the time. She can look cute but that look always annoys the hell out of me. I think it's just how her face is, though.
