David Duchovny and Demi Moore headed to a golf course in Atlanta to continue filming their new movie The Joneses yesterday. Unfortunately, the buzz around David's separation from Tea Leoni hasn't died down yet, and the latest story that David cheated with his tennis instructor, has angered the actor so much that he is suing for defamation. Even though the affairs have been denied on both sides, hopefully David can use his movie and TV show as a break from all of the drama in his personal life.

4well things just can't be easy for him can they? that's really frustrating that there is so much chatter about what's really going on with him and his marriage, but i'm sure that we'll find out soon enough since people like to be in his business. i hope that if the allegations of an affair aren't true that the paper has to pay cause that's really damaging to someone's reputation when you spread things like that.
