Ok, I was in NYC this morning for a busniess meeting and it was freezing! Where is this child's sweater, stockings, and hat. And don't gimme and that 'she has her blanket' crap. Please take note the everyone in the background including Katie are wearing long sleeves, sweaters, etc.

I'm not defending her but when my son was younger he would not wear coats. Every time I put one on him he would take it off. She doesn't look uncomfortable but I would worry about her getting sick.

Before everyone starts in about how Katie and Tom torture Suri by making her wear dresses all of the time, I have to say Suri looks to be very happy in these pictures!! I'm glad it's not more pictures of her hiding her face. I'm a mother of a 2 year old who will not put on a pair of pants to save her life, so I can't beat up on Katie for that, but I would like to have seen Suri in a sweater.

She must be some kind of super child to not be freezing in short sleeves and bare legs. Even if she doesn't like coats, she isn't immune to cold is she?

Why don't they just MAKE her wear warmer clothes? I've read before that they let her pick her own clothes, so maybe she always picks these uber-expensive non-autumn weather clothes... but so what? MAKE her dress warmer! But I am glad to see she got her bangs cut...

Isn't it great to see that a 2 year old makes the rules and not the parents? Not caring to dress her up for the weather, neither making her wear anything that's appropriate for actually playing in!

Well, I admit it, I don't get the way they dress Suri at all Just looking at these pics makes me shiver. Suri must have a tolerance for cold but either way she seems to rule the roost.

I was thinking the same, why are all the adults covered up, when she is wearing a summer dress?? Proves further that she is their alien baby? Heh.. Ok that was mean. But Suri looks really cute.
And I like Katie's black leather jacket look. Totally cool and glam.

yay - she looks cute there and rather normal too. i love her style and i think that it's a shame that the show didn't get higher ratings but i guess one person can't really do all that right?

as for buying all the apts in NYC - well i think that it's kind of interesting how they are going about it but you know that it just means that the goal is to buy the whole building, and turn it into a HUGE place like they have in california or in teluride.

i just realized that suri had a hair cut - i don't know if i like the shorter locks on her, but oh well. i'm sure that it's much easier for her to play since she can see where she's going

It was 51 degrees today. I had a long coat and scarf on. Suri might not want to wear a coat, but they can't encourage her wear pants? has she even wore a pair of pants before??!!? at least give her a sweater to wear.

Katie looks kinda cute in the black leather jacket and I'm glad Suri got her hair cut, but I think that it looks kinda odd on her. And even Suri doesn't want to wear pants or warmer clothes, KATIE SHOULD MAKE HER. I'm sure I didn't want to wear some clothes my parents put on me and I pouted about it, but I still wore it. I have a feeling that they never tell Suri "no."

Even if Suri does not like coats, there are times parents need to stamp their authority and not let a 2 year old trample all over them. Couldnt they find a Hermes/Dolce/Armani/any other expensive brand jacket for Suri?

Yay! They finally cut her bangs. It looks like she enjoyed her little trip to Central Park.. and she also got a little cuppy cake to eat. What a little cutie

Yeah, it's a little unnerving when the parents are bundled up but the child isn't - always makes me think that Katie's priority is Suri's cuteness first.

The only other explanation is that she is just a clueless idiot with bad parenting skills.

It's such a contrast to the little ones I see stomping through the leaves on the sidewalk on my way to work in the morning wearing striped or polka-dot tights and sweaters and brightly colored hars/scarves and cute suede boots.

It's like Katie is raising Suri in bizarro world, which I'm afraid isn't too far off from the truth.

That's the first time I've ever seen Suri smiling. She probably doesn't want to cry though since her tears will get frozen on her cold face! It's just weird. Put some clothes on her!

i live in nyc. it's been so so cold. there is no way that child is normal if she can be happily running around and playing in this weather. i'm surprised her lips aren't purple. and if my child ever says she won't wear her coat in this cold - then i say, well we're not going to the park then.

I so agree with all of you! Just MAKE the child wear a coat even if she doesn't want to. It's like Suri is the boss in that family and that's just crazy. Poor girl must be freezing, at least put on a cardigan and some tights or trousers!

listen and listen closely. suri refuses to wear anything but dresses and only wants her blankie! i'm suri you can look at that child and know who the boss is. Suri doesn't look like the type of person you mess with. she's an aries the sign of the warrior, so i'm pretty sure mommy and daddy she's not afraid to go toe to with.
