Tokyo’s subway authority had planned to censor the cover of Harper's Bazaar that bared Britney's pregnant belly. The publisher of the magazine then agreed to cover the image from the waist down and write, “in this place we are not allowed to exercise the same level of freedom of expression as the original Harper’s Bazaar.” The Metro organization then changed its mind and said it was OK since it was not sexually explicit. Now when you ride the subway you can see Britney bare all, but we bet most of them have already checked it out online anyway.

I dont think there is anything wrong with it
the magic photoshop can do....i still think she looks great though (when someone else does her makeup and hair)
If this picture wasn't heavily photoshopped, I'd say censor away! But it's basically not even her body anymore...
That's weird. They have totally nude chicks in daily newspapers in Japan.
very true
our asian people need to loosen up!
It's nude, not naked! If you know what I mean...haha.
I thought Japanese people were really freaky (not in the weird way but in the sexual way)
yah, this is totally weird. when i was living in japan there was porn plastered everywhere in public, you'd get a nudie magazine in a restaurant waiting for your food.
Don't they have a crazy red light district?
i still can't get used to her with that jet black hair
depends on the city.
they still don't talk about. like im indian and sex and nudity is hella taboo...but hello who invented the KAMASUTRA? lol people just need to grow up!
thats so true... its very dichotomous. maybe they just didn't want to scare off the children. hehe.
i meant, society is very dichotomous.
Need to grow up and read the Kamasutra, it's very interesting! hahahahha
Excellent marketing campaign by Bazaar.
Freedom of speech is essencial, especially in today's world where everything is so confusing. People need all the information availible in order to decide for themselves!
i think its a great photo! i dont see whats wrong with it.
This picture is pretty tasteful, considering it is Britney, I don't understand what the big deal is!
I think I saw a travel channel show where in Tokyo men buy women to 'entertain' them for the evening in private clubs...why all the uproar over this??? Give me a break...
She looks beautiful!
I think she looks nice enough ..it's not a scandelous pic of her.
what do they have against photoshop anyways???
who is gonna turn down a free peak you know?
Nude Britney needs to be banned.
Pregnant women freak me out, I'd ban it too.
i think what SailorMarie was referring to is called a stripper...
lmao
It seems strange to ban it. Yeah, she's nude, but I don't think the picture is sexual at all.
