Exactly, ohilovemybabies! I mean, yeah I feel bad for him loosing his wife but it's pointless to keep dragging it on and on. He said he wanted enough money to cover the funeral and what not but damn, $50 is more than enough!

11Yeah, his amount was undisclosed. Not to mention that one reason why people sue celebrities or people with a lot of money for more than they would the average person, is because it's supposed to be a punishment. 100k or less wouldn't really be a punishment or teach someone with a huge pocketbook a lesson.

14If I was that husband, I really don't think I would sue. I mean honestly, it looks bad on your part. I understand that he is upset, but money isn't going to make her come back or you feel better. If I was in the position, I think I would get closure before I did anything else. The parents or the husband wouldn't be sueing if it was another other person, but since it is a star all they are seeing is $$$, and not the fact that someone special to them is gone. Kind of sad really.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! No, No, No! While I understand that all shows must die at some point, and this may well be a good point for Gilmore Girls, I am not resigned. What will I do without my fast-talking, quirky Gilmore fix? Oh, I am very sad. I'm going to miss Stars Hollow.
20The actors had said they weren't doing an 8th of Gilmore Girls way back when this season premeired. I think its a good time for the show to end. Rory is going to graduate from college at the end of this season and the show just wouldn't be the same with her out of school.
I've missed a lot this season. I will probably wait until the DVDs come out and then catch up. It's such a great show! I'll definately miss it!
21Many times with an accident like this, the family members would end up responsible for the financial aspect which is why families sue.
22Brandy was not dui, she just didn't stop in time, could have happened to any of us...although it is very common for families to sue for a wrongful death, I do not believe the parents should be suing as it's the husband who now bears full responsibility for raising the child. No one ever wins in these situations, it's just all so sad. My heart goes out to all.
23That's ridiculous about Kelly. Her single (which didn't get the greatest reviews) debuted at #8 and is doing very well on iTunes.

25Love the Gilmore Girls and have faithfully watched since day one (and repeats at least 3 times) but for me it's time for it to end. Rory's all grown up now and getting her there was the fun part.

30Mrs Lachey, I was hit by a car while walking with my sister and she almost died. We did not feel the need to impoverish the girl who hit us and it makes me ill that people think sueing someone for crazy money teaches a lesson anymore than it brings back the loved one.
