Gwyneth Paltrow arrived in NYC yesterday afternoon with her two kids, Apple and Moses. We rarely get to see both of the Martin kids together so it's cute to get a peek at how much they look like each other and their parents. Gwyneth has been imparting her wisdom all over the place recently from talking about life's simple pleasures to her weekly newsletter, which was back to the topic of food this week. Now that she's in New York, maybe we'll see her lending support to her friend or all the kids on a playdate to lighten up the mood surrounding all the Madonna controversy. Plus, Chris Martin's band, Coldplay, is on SNL this week, and while Moses and Apple visited for rehearsals they're still a bit too young to stay up that late to cheer on dad.

1i didn't realize that coldplay was going to be on SNL this week - see how much i pay attention! anyway, i think that it's nice that both children are with her and that they are being so supportive of madonna and i hope that they are able to make a difference for her. it's hard when you go through a divorce but to have friends around is a great thing....

7These pictures make me sad. Apple looks scared; and Gwyneth looks nervous. I'd be mad, she's on her own and she has all of those bags and two little kids. Sometimes we forget, because we want to see the celebs going about their business, how annoying the paps can be. Sometimes I'm just taken aback by the look of shock and anger on the celebs' faces.

13I sometimes wonder how these celeb kids would be treated in public schools with their unusual names and their long hair. Kids can be so cruel at times.
14She's totally wearing her GOOP uniform: black leggings, Tod's cashmere trench, and Bottega boots.
15It's weird seeing both kids at the same time...they are so adorable! I still hate their names though.
16I think Gwyneth taught Apple to fear the camera. Gwyneth early years with Apple were crazy. Some of that may have rub on to Apple.

18I agree with the 1st comment...moses is getting to look a lot like apple. I had to do a double take. Maybe just a little shorter.
