The ladies came out in the name of affordable clothing at the preview party for the Comme des Garcons for H&M collection Thursday night. Maggie Gyllenhaal didn't feel like taking off her trench while Selena Gomez looked totally adorable in her all black look. Becki Newton laughed off rumors of trouble with Lindsay Lohan that caused her guest starring stint to be cut down by saying, "I think it's hysterical. It's like right out of a script for 'Ugly Betty.'" Meanwhile, LL was back on the show last night playing a former high school mean girl and while the role didn't seem like too much of a stretch she looked great — check out how to get her outfits here.

3well i'm not surprised that there were rumors surrounding the show and LL's spot on it, but we all knew that it was a guest gig so it's not like she was going to be a main fixture on the series.
as for the event - i'm going to have to head over to H&M to see what the collection is all about. i've always been a CG fan, and this is right up my alley.

5A lot of people from the show are defending LL....I don't know what to think except for the fact that she was good on the show. She can bring talent to her work, but she needs to bring professionalism too if she wants to keep her career alive.
