wow - i was really expecting Victoria to go over there with him, especially knowing how he can be while he's not around her (anyone remember the Real Madrid nonsense?) anyway, i guess they want to have stability for the kids - which is GREAT. i think that it's also REALLY impressive that she was able to turn down a $16M deal - i think that's just amazing that there was an office like that for her, and that she was able to walk away from it.

Yea theres no point uprooting the kids for a couple of months and im sure they talked about it between them and decided that it was best for the kids to remain in school while he's away playig for 3 months or so. Its not a huge deal!

Haha I already said that she was staying in LA but no one believed me in the other post. I'm glad that they aren't going to uproot the kids again, especially since it's a short-term deal. I don't think it will be that difficult for them...they travel so much anyway it doesn't matter.

Mesayme - That business in Madrid that I think they were referring to was that David supposedly had an affair with a woman named Rebecca Loos, who I think was his personal assistant. From what I heard, she was a big mediawh*re and was just looking for her 15 minutes of fame. Of course, as soon as she made these claims, another woman started making similar statements. There was never any proof that any of them were true and Beckham denied them. Honestly, if David didn't want to be with Victoria, he would leave her instead of cheat on her. But its obvious that they love each other...I can't believe they've been together 11 years!
