Britney Spears stepped out of the dance studio over the weekend in her sweats. While we'll have to wait until her appearance on GMA in December to see her show off her moves again on stage, Britney is giving us a peek inside her other workout routine. She put together a little video with her trainer, showing how she gets fit by lifting weights in her house — check it out here. The pop star is well on her way to making a comeback with her music career, but maybe she's also got a future in workout videos.

Hmm...good on her for appearing to have cleaned up her act of late. But honestly, does she always have a stain on her shirt or what? And nice play on the Adidas logo..."Adios" with a pot leaf?
Yea,I exercise like her. I always do my frappucino bicep curls.
if that means that i could lose a ton of weight and look hot then i'm all for it. i think that brit is really making leaps and bounds and we now just have a little bit more than a month to wait!
I was gonna say...if I had to work off all that Starbucks I'd be a scarecrow for Halloween, or Paris Hilton if I wear heels. LOL
Wow I remember when she wore that shirt while she was with K-Fed. Uhh tacky.

If she made a real workout dvd, I would totally buy it!!
I love her new song!!!
I think she looks great in the videoclip, I'd love to have those toned legs. Some pics the paps take aren't flattering and make her look chunky but its not the case as you can see from the clip. That's a cute workout outfit in these pics too. I'd wear that out.
I like that she's letting us in on her actual workout and isn't one of these celebs that say that they don't work out at all.
cute jacket, weed!
I would buy it- she looks amazing.
looks like crap
Wow! Really? So I can look just like Britney? Grown out extensions, day old caked on eye makeup, chin acne and stubby legs? Sounds REALLY inspiring!
