Halloween spirit earlier today when she sported an orange and black dress to lunch with a friend. She's back in London after
taking a trip last week, having reportedly traveled to Puerto Rico
to shoot an ad campaign for Stella McCartney. Despite her hectic schedule, business continues as usual for Kate — the eighth installment of her
line for Topshop hit stores today and some pieces have
already sold out.
