Whitney Port got a manicure and ran errands in Beverly Hills yesterday in an interesting outfit. Her cropped t-shirt and high-waisted, peg-rolled khakis might be a result of this California girl's recent move to one of the fashion capitals of the world. Regardless of her outfit, Whitney is one to watch and most of you are pretty excited for her new reality show The City to start in a few months — it will be interesting to see her in the limelight. Meanwhile, Lauren Conrad was supporting her close friend by wearing a skirt from Whitney's line at an event this past weekend. It's nice to know they are so encouraging of each other considering their now-parallel lives.

Actually I take it back. She's playing a role. She'll do, say and wear whatever they tell her so she gets to do her show. I almost forgot...it's Hollywood. The producers are responsible for her recent attire.

25Ooooh Noooooo! How, why and where did she even find those pants? She's surely not the thriftstore type, so that means someone actually designed these and likely put a hefty price tag on them. Whoever you are- STOP IT!!!! My goodness- with that hair, the outfit- she might be one of the only people who'd look at my high school pics and say "Wow! You look great in that!"
