I absolutely adore Courtney Cox. I've been a fan since her Family Ties days. I am so excited to see her back on TV. I didn't care for DIRT, not because of her, but the show just didn't tickle my fancy. SHE did a great job though. I'll definitely be watching this one. Plus, I fall into the cougar category (By age only LOL) so it'll be funny to see!

Love Courtney, hate the "Cougar Town" title. Can't that phrase just go away already?

My answer is no but not because I loved that she changed things up in Dirt. My answer is no because although she's beautiful, I've never thought she had any over the top talent. There are many other actresses I can think of in her age range that would do well at the role described.

I agree Geek...get rid of that phrase. I like the premise of the show(it's my demographic and same struggle) but the phrase has got to go!

I'm bias already given the 'situation' but she was the only one on Friends I could tolerate other than Matthew Perry. But I just see another Old Christine... the personality is the exact same and Courtney's not a character actress so what else would she play other than an older Monica as a mother? It wouldn't make me go back to watching television. I don't want to see 'MY LIFE' on television when it's not going to be authentic.

yes - i'm actually really excited about this one. i think that she did a good job on DIRT, but her roots seem to really be in comedy and that's what we know her for so i'm hopeful that this one will last for longer than 2 seasons. good luck COURTNEY!

I miss Monica Geller Actually, I just miss Friends in general. No sitcom has been able to top it in the past few years.
