Hilary Duff went casual in funky jeans, warm boots and her Goyard bag to take her Yorkie to the vet in LA earlier this week. She's been busy gearing up for her new album, the Best of Hilary Duff coming out November 4 that will include a few new songs like "Reach Out," which she also recently debuted a new video for. Hilary shows off a sexier side in the video, but in real life she's still proving to be a good girl at heart with her continued efforts for her Blessings in a Backpack program.

here's another example of how the disney channel can breed good stars. i love hilary and i like that she's managed to keep things 'clean' and stable in her life. the most controversial thing was dating a guy that was a lot older than her -but i think that we've noticed that things were on the up and up there.
